The honest small print.

  1. Like-for-like comparison. Both quotes are tracked, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), and to the same US destination ZIP. We don't compete against non-tracked or non-DDP services because they cost your buyer at the door.
  2. 20% minimum saving. If our quote is less than 20% below yours, we'll either fix it (better rate, BYOA negotiation, drop service tier) or admit we can't beat it.
  3. If we can't beat it. Your next UK→USA parcel via TradeWind ships free (UPS Worldwide Economy DDP up to 5 kg). One free parcel per submission, redeemable within 90 days.
  4. Oliver replies personally. Not a sales bot, not an agency. The reply will come from oliver@tradewind.express within 24 working hours (typically much faster).
  5. Public proof. Anonymised highlights of "biggest savings beaten this month" go on our LinkedIn / Twitter — names and quote details only shared with explicit permission.
