Do I have to pay anything to start?
No. Pay-as-you-go is free — just pay per label. Or sign up for Pro at £9/mo if you want the full software.
What's included in Pro?
Full software access: account, integrations (ShipStation + WooCommerce live; Shopify, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce in OAuth approval), bulk print, automation rules, custom inserts (porting from our LabelMover platform — most live within weeks), customs paperwork, tracking and email notifications.
Why does BYOA cost more?
When you bring your own UPS contract we make zero margin on the labels — the subscription replaces that. You break even versus Pro on roughly £200/mo of carriage savings, which most BYOA-eligible sellers do easily.
Can I switch between Pro and BYOA?
Yes — anytime. No fees to switch.
Do you charge per shipment for software?
No. Software fees on Pro and BYOA are flat. Volume tiers on BYOA only set the cap, not a per-shipment charge.
What happens if I exceed my BYOA volume tier?
We'll automatically bump you to the next tier and let you know. No surprise charges.
Is there a contract?
No — monthly rolling. Cancel anytime.
When will [feature] be live?
Bulk print, automation rules and branded inserts are being ported from our existing LabelMover platform — most are weeks away. Shopify, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce integrations are working through OAuth approval. ShipStation and WooCommerce are live today.
