Track a parcel

Enter the tracking number from your booking confirmation.

File a claim

We’ll review your claim within 2 working days and file it with the carrier on your behalf under our reseller agreement. If you booked as a guest, use the email address you entered at checkout — we’ll cross-check it against your order before processing.

For damage claims, please email photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged goods to support@tradewind.express referencing your tracking number.
