We started TradeWind because our own UK brands — Customat, Quill & Tavern, Rusted Banana — kept getting screwed by international shipping. Today they make up ~90% of the volume going through the platform. The other 10% (and growing) is other UK sellers who've made the switch.

Our dogfooding story: Of the 50,000+ parcels we've shipped through TradeWind to the USA, roughly 90% are from our own UK ecommerce brands. We use the platform every day, in anger, with real money on the line. When a UPS Access Point closes early or a customs declaration is wrong, we feel it first. That's the deal — you get to use the same product the founders use to run their own US sales.
