How we calculate it.

  • Carrier prices are May 2026 published / list rates for tracked DDP services. Same prices we publish on the Price Tracker.
  • The "loss period" is calculated from 29 August 2025 (Executive Order 14324) to today, in calendar months.
  • Overpayment = (their per-parcel) − (TradeWind per-parcel), multiplied by your parcels-per-month × months since 29 Aug 2025.
  • Parcel2Go figures include the £2.50 per-label admin fee they don't show until checkout.
  • Direct UPS / FedEx figures assume you don't have a high-volume reseller contract.
  • This calculator only captures the shipping overpayment. Buyer-side customs handling fees, returns from refused parcels, and the soft cost of churned US customers add to the real loss.
